The User is responsible of the protection of the password needed to access to all the sections of SOHOApp both on the website and on the generated Apps. He is sommitted to not telling the password to third parties and accepts to assume full responsibility for any activity or action made through his own credentials, even if they are authorized. A notification to SOHO ITALY is immediately required from the User as soon as an unauthorized use of his own password is done. The User's personal information will be collected, stored and processed mainly through electronic mode. SOHO ITALY stores safely the personal information of the Users on the server in an environment protected from access, use and spread unauthorized.

Editing the information
SOHO ITALY can modify at any time criteria and procedures for processing data, and change and modify the way to access this Website and its content. In this cases, SOHO ITALY will promptly update the Privacy Policy, and is considered known by the Users at the time of publication on the Website.

SOHO ITALY provides periodically to the verification and control of the contents in the pages of the Website for the creation of APP for events. SOHO ITALY does not assume any responsibility for the contents and the information published by the administrators and managers of the events. It is forbidden to send defamatory, abusive, obscene, libelous or otherwise contrary to law messages. I.I.S. will cooperate with authorities giving ready fulfillment to the measures taken in order to identify those who were committing illegal acts.
